In Column A, enter the property sale (or list) price on Line 1, and then enter the various closing costs; including the seller paid closing costs and real estate commission, if applicable. Click on "Print Column A" to print a nice clean closing cost estimate for the Florida home seller.
 
This calculator will "reverse" calculate the sales price and settlement costs. If the desired net is too low, and the seller requires a high net after expenses, simply enter the desired Net To Seller on Line 2, Column B. After entering the revised selling price, the closing costs from Column A will recalculate based on the revised sales price to achieve the desired net to seller. Click on Print Column B to print column B.
